borderfill supplies wholesale second-hand clothing orders to customers across Australia and to export buyers overseas.
Freight options depend on order size, carton count, pallet requirements, destination, and the type of stock being supplied. We can quote for metro, regional, interstate, and international freight where service is available.
For export enquiries, please include the destination country, port or delivery city, and the approximate quantity you are looking to buy.
Processing And Quote Times
Most wholesale freight quotes are prepared within 1-3 business days after we receive the order details.
Larger orders, mixed lots, export shipments, or freight to regional areas may take longer to confirm. We will advise if extra information is needed before a quote can be completed.
Orders are not dispatched until stock, freight costs, and payment details have been confirmed.
Freight And Rates
Freight is quoted separately unless stated otherwise.
Rates are based on order volume, weight, carton or bale count, delivery address, carrier availability, and any export documentation or handling requirements.
Because wholesale stock can vary in size and packing format, freight costs are confirmed case by case. borderfill does not offer fixed retail-style shipping rates for bulk orders.

Tracking
Tracking details are provided when available after freight has been booked and collected by the carrier.
Some bulk freight, pallet freight, depot transfers, or export movements may have limited tracking updates compared with standard parcel services.
Once freight is in transit, tracking updates and delivery timing are managed by the carrier.
Packaging
Wholesale orders are packed according to stock type, quantity, and freight method.
Items may be packed in cartons, bags, bales, or palletised loads depending on the order and carrier requirements. Packaging is intended for practical freight handling, not individual retail presentation.
Export orders may require additional packing, labelling, or documentation depending on the destination and shipment method.
Delayed Or Lost Freight
Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, regional service limits, customs processing, weather, depot congestion, or other freight network issues.
If a shipment is delayed, contact [email protected] and include your order reference, delivery name, and destination address. We will assist with the carrier enquiry where possible.
borderfill is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect delivery details, or events outside our control.
If freight is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review the order, carrier response, insurance position if applicable, and available next steps.
