Return Policy

borderfill supplies wholesale second-hand, vintage, deadstock, and overstock clothing. Because orders are quoted and packed for commercial buyers, returns are reviewed case by case.

Please check your quote, stock type, quantity, and freight details before confirming an order. Change of mind returns are not automatically accepted on wholesale lots.

Returns And Credit

If a return is approved, borderfill may offer a credit, replacement stock, or another agreed outcome depending on the issue and order details.

Returned goods must be in the same condition they were supplied in and must not be washed, altered, tagged, listed for resale, or mixed into other stock.

How Returns Work

Contact [email protected] as soon as possible with your order details, photos, and a clear description of the issue.

Do not send goods back before receiving written approval. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Faulty Or Incorrect Stock

If you believe an order includes the wrong stock type or a major issue not covered by the agreed grade, contact us promptly so we can review it.

Minor wear, marks, fading, size variation, missing labels, repairs, or signs of age can be normal with second-hand and vintage clothing.

Deadstock And Second-Hand Quality

Deadstock and overstock may be unworn, but it can still show storage marks, dust, fold lines, older tags, or packaging wear.

Second-hand wholesale stock is supplied for commercial sorting and resale. Buyers should expect natural variation between garments.
